The 2025 Suits and Sneakers Gala was a high-energy "pink tie" event celebrating the gala's 5th birthday. Held at the Fayetteville Town Center, the night was dedicated to raising funds for cancer research and patient transportation grants in Arkansas. With a theme of "all things birthday" and a guest list of 500 of the ACS’s closest advocates, the organizers needed a photography solution that could keep up with the excitement, from the live auction to the dance floor, without creating bottlenecks or pulling guests away from the action.

To match the dynamic energy of the night, we deployed the **Bright Roamer**, our premier roaming photography solution. Instead of tethering guests to a stationary booth, our professional roamer circulated through the crowd, capturing candid moments of "sneaker-covered toes" and birthday celebrations right where they happened. This allowed us to engage guests at their tables and on the dance floor, ensuring that even the most spontaneous moments were branded and instantly shareable.

We also had an AI Trading Card Experience at the event. However, by utilizing the Bright Roamer, we were able to capture interactions that a traditional booth would have missed. The mobility allowed us to document the VIPs, all the great dance moves, and the high-energy celebrations seamlessly.
